To Request In Home Service or Pick-Up

ProGear Computers understands that your time is important. This is why we will come to you. Simply fill in the In Home Request Form below, and one of our techs will arrive at your home or place of business and pick-up your equipment.

Often our techs will be able to repair your computer without having to bring it in to our shop. Sometimes in our efforts to save you time and money, we will have to bring it in, in order to complete the necessary repair.

ProGear Computers strives to complete your repairs as rapidly as possible, knowing that a down computer is not an option. Request a pick-up by 9am and in most cases(*) your computer repairs will be completed by the time you return from work.

(*) Some computers may invole extensive repairs or parts that will need to be ordered. In this instance, ProGear Computers will always give you the option, as well as inform you of how long the ordered parts will take to arrive and install.
